Chris Cygul is a native to Orlando and has lived in the area his whole life. Chris was born in Winter Park Florida and grew up in the Southwest part of Orlando most commonly referred to as the Dr. Phillips and Windermere areas. Growing up very near the theme parks allowed Chris to play a part in them at a young age, most notably, working as a Jungle Cruise Skipper of the world famous ride of the same name in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
Chris is married to his beautiful wife Pamela. They have 2 Labradors named Pagoda & Cyrus. Chris is an avid cyclist and when not racing in charity events, can be found teaching Les Mills RPM™ & Bodypump™ at Celebration Fitness as a certified Les Mills Instructor when not selling real estate. Chris is also a Grassroots Fundraiser for the Lance Armstrong Foundation and it is his passion to help in the global fight against cancer.   Most recently called "The Next Generation in Celebration Real Estate", Chris strides to be a Top Florida Realtor under 40. The Cygul name has always meant dedication, loyalty and determination and has remained that way for over 30 years in the Southwest Orlando area and for over 10 years in Celebration Florida.
Throughout his early career, Chris was fortunate to have worked directly with 3 local entrepreneurs, working in business development and high volume sales. This experience taught him the value of the customer relationship in various industries from graphics & signage primarily for the Walt Disney World Resort, to custom trade show displays with Skyline Exhibits and most recently in residential real estate. He has been involved in real estate for nearly 8 years as an Agent and as a Broker. Chris even owned and operated (2) very successful multi-million dollar real estate brokerages during the peak of the market. Chris currently lives and works in Celebration Florida, where he is a Broker-Salesperson at Century 21 Premium Properties. Chris specializes in working with buyers and sellers of Celebration, Kissimmee, Davenport, Reunion & ChampionsGate real estate. He is consistently ranked as a top volume seller in the area, has been a top seller for many large builders including DR Horton Homes and continues to be one of only a few top brokers for all of the Ginn Resorts, including the Reunion Resort & Club, Bella Collina & Tesoro among others.
